What a bizarre and awful car-buying experience. Avoid this dealership! I had an appointment to test drive a car on Friday morning. I was there on time but the salesperson was nowhere to be found Avoid this dealership! I had an appointment to test drive a car on Friday morning. I was there on time but the salesperson was nowhere to be found and the car had to be located in the back parking lot. After I finally testdrove the car, I spoke to a manager on the phone later in the afternoon and I was given their best price they could offer me for the car in question. I told them I will think about it and get back to them. I reached back out Sunday morning and told them I was ready to proceed with the deal but I could not come in until Monday afternoon as I lived far away and had kids at home. I offered to make a deposit to secure the car/deal. I was then told, "the deal is no longer on the table" and I was welcome to come back in and try to renegotiate terms. --- I've never heard of a dealer turning away business. Complete waste of time! We had the most thorough test drive where he showed me so much about the vehicle, then I worked with Tad and he was so helpful from start to finish. Everyone worked so hard to help me buy the vehicle and I appreciated that so much. There was no pressure and it was truly about what I needed and what would work for my budget. Tad was also great following up throughout the first week to make sure I didn’t need any help or have any questions about the vehicle. I always felt supported and cared about.
