The Service Advisor was outstanding and went above and beyond. The Service Techs who worked on my vehicle need to do a better job. On one occasion they lost my garage door opener (was replaced), and twice beyond. The Service Techs who worked on my vehicle need to do a better job. On one occasion they lost my garage door opener (was replaced), and twice they left grease/oil marks throughout the interior of our van all while breaking panel pieces (replaced). On another issue they removed leaves from our blower motor and just left them on the floor board. So great Service Advisors, but poor Tech. The Advisor and his Mgr did provide me with 2 free oil changes and filled up my gas tank for all of the inconveniences . More

I scheduled a recall appointment and dealership said car falls into recall and can complete it any time. Left 2012 Sorento all day 4/14/2023 for anti theft recall software. I dropped off vehicle 4/13 and falls into recall and can complete it any time. Left 2012 Sorento all day 4/14/2023 for anti theft recall software. I dropped off vehicle 4/13 and provided only my cell number, no one else’s. Late 4/14 morning I received a text from my daughter that RECALL COMPLETED. I called service in afternoon that I’ll pickup after hours. I picked up vehicle at 7pm and reviewed service ticket. It stated recall was NOT completed. I then called on 4/15 and was told they don’t have the software. Totally misled/misinformed the whole time. More
