Went in for first oil change. Did not check tire pressure, floor mats and trim was dirty after tech dragged feet along rocker panel. Did they even change oil? Went to get a new tire and oil changed. After my appt I couldn’t get through to service bc nobody answered. I’ve been trying all day.
