I would recommend this dealership for buying a car. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was however very disappointed with the maintenance on my Soul. I had not taken it anywhere else since I bought it. I am a senior citizen retiring soon. I wanted to be sure i kept my car in good condition. Two weeks ago at a regular maintenance they recommended over 800.00 in service. I had to decline I can not afford this. Well Sat a noise started on the driver's side. I called for a appointment to get it checked. I was told my rotors were warped and I needed brake pads. How could they have been ok 2 weeks before.? I do not believe they checked them in the MULTIPOINT INSPECTION the things they recommended were all under the hood. I'm not arguing I needed the work but I feel there had to have been some evidence of this issue 2 weeks prior. There was no pressure to get the work done. I did because I was already there and scheduling anywhere is hard with my job. But in the future I will just end up going somewhere else. My previous trust in them has changed plus the cost for service is much higher then most places maybe all dealers are higher so I will find a repair shop not at a dealer. I really hate to do that but I need to keep my car in good shape I have no other way to get anywhere. More
