I was given false information about a vehicle, which led me to drive nine hours to pick it up—only to find out that what I was told wasn’t true, and the deal I expected didn’t exist. When I brought this issue to the attention of the general manager, I expected at least an apology or some acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to take any responsibility for his employee’s misinformation and became angry when I pushed for accountability. His behavior escalated to the point where he tossed my belongings across the table and told me, “We’re done here.” This dealership clearly does not value customers or integrity. I wasted an entire day—18 hours on the road, plus gas and expenses—because of their dishonesty. If you’re thinking of doing business with them, don’t waste your time. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers. More
