Overall work was good. Service was poor. Had 30,000 maintenance done. I was quoted $375 plus tax. Picked up the car and the price did not match. The service rep said Service was poor. Had 30,000 maintenance done. I was quoted $375 plus tax. Picked up the car and the price did not match. The service rep said we charge a 10% misc charge to all work. I said that’s not what you quoted. You never said $375+ tax + a 10% surcharge. He didn’t care to discuss and just stated that the 10% went on all invoices. In todays day and age when costs are crazy to being with a $20-$30 increase is a lot. On top of the non disclosed added cost the service rep never went over the results. Never walked me through the findings, never recommended next steps for the car. Just walked away at the cashiers desk when I challenged the price. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I got into my car there was a drink in the holder from Bob Evan’s. Not mine that’s for sure. Assuming it was from whomever worked on the car. That was pretty disgusting, that’s for sure. We have two Kia’s that we have serviced ay Ken Ganley Kia in Medina. Not sure we will be back. Horrible experience. More
