Barry Urban, my salesman, was honest, stra I flew all the way from North Carolina to purchase a certified pre-owned car from Doraty Kia, sight unseen. Barry Urban, my salesman, was honest, straightforward, and answered all my questions via emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. He made the whole process relatively painless, and he even picked me up at the Cleveland airport! When I test drove the car I noticed it was pulling to the left a little and asked Barry if he would have the service department check the wheel alignment. Less than 30 minutes later they had the car aligned and tracking straight. It was also missing the owner's manual, but he ordered me a new one and I received it within 2 weeks. Unlike many dealers, the management at Bill Doraty Kia does not try to add dealer's fees and mark-ups to your bottom line. I also appreciate the that they do not put dealer stickers on the back of the cars they sell, only on the license plate bracket. All in all, I received a very fair price on a very nice car. More
