I really liked this dealer until after the sale. The sale went fine. I felt that I received a good price and a fair price for my trade in. The problem I have with them is the customer service after the sale went fine. I felt that I received a good price and a fair price for my trade in. The problem I have with them is the customer service after the sale was finalized. I called 3 times 3 days in a row and each time left a message. That was over a week ago and I still have not received a return phone call. I have issued a complaint about this with Kia. More
