Love Ken Ganley Kia. My credit wasn't the best and they were able to put me in a nice vehicle and when my credit improved, they put me in a brand new vehicle on 45 miles. I got a recall notice so I made an appointment. I took the car in and waited for at least an hour and then they came to me and said they had to order the part. Now, they knew what the recall was for so wh the car in and waited for at least an hour and then they came to me and said they had to order the part. Now, they knew what the recall was for so why didn't they have the part ready for my appointment? Sooo, now another appointment. By the way, I have to drive from Wooster, OH to Medina, OH for the service. So I came back again. I wait another hour and then they come back to me and say the part is damaged So, another part has to be ordered and ANOTHER trip to Medina. I realize the dealer had no control over the damaged part. We have never owned a Kia before, and already 3 recalls, I think. Hmmmm More
