I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a great deal, and all of the information regarding my selections were presented very clearly. great deal, and all of the information regarding my selections were presented very clearly. More
I was very disappointed. I saw a great deal on TV. Call ahead and they said they had plenty of Sportage's in stock. When I got there they said they had none. Left after 2 hours. Saw an ad two days later wi ahead and they said they had plenty of Sportage's in stock. When I got there they said they had none. Left after 2 hours. Saw an ad two days later with a deal for a forte lxs. I called and talked to Olga. Told her I was looking for the $179 deal. She said they just got six vehicles in stock. Told me the colors available. I made an appointment. I am disabled, and after putting my leg braces on made the one-hour trip. When I got there very nice sales rep said they were not honoring the advertisement. He said after talking to his manager that they would come close and work something out. Spend time driving the vehicle and falling in love with it. When it came down to it they low-balled my trade in to try to make the deal. They offered me less than half its worth. Presented offer in different ways. Made lower monthly payments but never equal to the amount of value of my trade-in. I am very sad. I have a 10 year old vehicle with only 42000 miles. I was really looking forward to a new vehicle. I've always been a GM customer but read how wonderful the Kia is. Thought I'd give it a go. Wished they were able to honor the deal. Don't know why they advertise cars that they're not willing to sell at that price. Kind of a bait and switch. Sales rep was really nice. Really wish they would reconsider More

Loyalty meant nothing to Julie. More
This was the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. This is only my 2nd time purchasing a car and I got better service from a whole in the wall place on Broadway rd. We had someone come to in my life. This is only my 2nd time purchasing a car and I got better service from a whole in the wall place on Broadway rd. We had someone come to pick us up, they brought a shortage. Tried to sell me on it, I didn't want it. I know I wanted a Kia because of their warranty. I wanted them to run the numbers on the new Seltos because I was curious to see the damage. The first hour my mother and I just sat there while they did God knows what. No one ever brought us out any numbers. They tried to get me back on the side of the shortage, I told them I didn't want it. They then showed me a 2018 sorento. It had a crack in the windshield and was dirty, but I wanted it. They finally ran some numbers and told me with the sportage (that I had said multiple times I didn't want) I could put 500 down and 449 a month. I told them yet again, no. The sorento they said I would need at least 1500 down for like a 599 or 699 payment. I knew I couldn't afford that so I told them no and that someone could drop us off at home. Some more time passes and they say their able to do the sorento with 500 down with 449 a month. I agree. They tell me I'll get a rental until my windshield and car is cleaned since they had just received the vehicle. I bought the car Thursday, Friday I message my seller asking if my car is ready, he says yes. So Saturday morning I go to pick up my vehicle, now I live about 30mins away so I try to be out early to best rushes on the highway. I finish signing more paperwork then leave with my car. My biggest mistake was trusting them to do their job. Came home and my car was still pretty dirty. I have the photos and my windshield still hadn't been fixed. So it's like I could've just taken my car home Thursday night. My mother spoke to some manager, I sent her the photos, she apologized and said that I would get something for free oil changes (still haven't received those nor would I want to step foot back on that lot again). My seller said that I came too early and he didn't have the time to relook at my vehicle to see if it was clean....but when I talked to him he said it was clean so I didn't understand his logic. They said they'd call me when the windshield man came in (since he worked 1 day out the week) and they would clean my vehcile. Services was supposed to call, I never got a call. I had to call yet again to make sure someone did anything. I dropped my car off the 19th and ended up getting the last rental between Ken ganley kia and Nissan, it was a Nissan frontier. No one truly explained how the truck worked, just that it was push start. So I put the truck in drive and get on the freeway and I can't do more than 30mph. I have to pull over on the side of the freeway and wait for my seller because no one explained that there's different drive shifts on the truck. Lord knows I didn't even want this rental because I had already spent 15 to refill the first rental (K5) and ended spending 20 to bring that frontier back! When I came back Friday my windshield was at least replaced, there's still some stains that probably won't come out. Car could've been vacuumed better, but I just wanted to leave Ken Ganley and NEVER come back. I didn't pay for my warranty the night I purchased the car so they did a I owe you, so I owe the dealership money to add on my warranty since the 100,000 miles is only for the first owner of the vehicle. Someone was supposed to call me Friday the 21st to make that payment, no one has called yet. And I know as soon as I shop around to get a warranty that they'll end up either calling to make the payment or just processing their own payment. Update I was told they would call me before processing the payment, yet another lie. They at least took their money out, so I have a warranty but with this shady company who the xxxx knows. Ken ganley works so hard to put you in a vehicle, but after that they really stop caring after that. I don't want to come back up there for anything. I'm still fighting to get my paperwork for the vehicle, they keep claiming I don't have insurance yet my insurance and bank can find my insurance easily. Yall need to work on the customer service and the service people need to learn how to actually clean a car. You take off my work parking garage monitor from the dash board, but my rear view mirror was still sticky from God only knows what. This place is an absolute joke. I won't ever make the mistake of coming back here for anything. More

Entered the dealership unsure of what could be possible, but my Sales Consultant (Jacob Horning) was expert with answering questions and providing guidance. Jacob was DEFINITELY the best consultant that I have ever worked with! Absolutely top shelf! His knowledge is expert and his approach is as if he is helping his brother buy a car. A “no pressure” experience where you end up getting exactly what meets your needs! Jacob is awesome! And if that were not enough, the finance process was of equal excellence! John Lawson was the finance expert that we worked with and he looked out for every detail of protections and needs we would have driving the car off the lot. John also is absolutely expert at what he does and he has an easy style where he sincerely just wants to help the customer. If you are able to work with Jacob and John, you will leave happy! Ken Ganley Kia delivers an exceptional experience! I bought the 2021 Kia Forte GT. More
