Was made to wait for over an hour just to be told our car failed the warranty inspection which we already knew that, we were called by ken ganley Kia and told our part had come in for the recall that was the failed the warranty inspection which we already knew that, we were called by ken ganley Kia and told our part had come in for the recall that was the whole point of us coming in. Was told by the service advisor that the previous time my girlfriend and her two kids waited at this dealership for over two hours was just for an oil change and no work was supposedly done on the recall. So not only were we initially lied to when we got there our time was wasted I lost a full days of work pay on top of a 60 mile waste of gas round trip if it wasn’t for this recall part being installed whenever it does come in I would certainly never be back in to this dealership More
