While the work they've done for me seems satisfactory, they need to make serious improvements to communication with customers from the service department. My car needed a replacement engine and I had to call constantly for updates and talk to a receptionist who then related information from the techs rather than getting calls or any kind of communication from them as updates occurred. I'm top of this I went weeks borrowing a car from someone because there were no loaner cars available, although I can cut them some slack there with COVID. More

The service staff are knowledgeable and accommodating but the cost of some of the services i.e. replace the brake pads on my car = $890 are simply astronomical. I'm forced to choose a service provider in the neighborhood that will do the work (with OEM parts) for $420.. it's just not financially feasible for most people to get maintenance thru your dealership.
