Everyone was helpful and polite! Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the car and not at all pushy or aggressive. I didn’t feel rushed or like we were being a pest even though we were there at least knowledgeable about the car and not at all pushy or aggressive. Worst buying experience ever and I have bought a ton of cars at many many dealerships. I came in specifically for the 199 a month lease posted on there site, spent 2 hours saying 199 over and over and over cars at many many dealerships. I came in specifically for the 199 a month lease posted on there site, spent 2 hours saying 199 over and over and over buying a car for my daughter, after 2 hours and paperwork filled out the sales person comes back and says ok let’s get you signed up for your 434 a month lease, I said are you out of your mind? It’s posted right on your website, told him I was going to call Ohio attorney general for false advertising and all he could do is stair at me, he then goes back to his manager and comes back again at 343 a month and I said I am done playing your rip off games I will just buy the car straight out, he then runs to his manager, the manager comes out without him and says we can do that deal posted on our site and tries to blame the sales person for the numbers. All I can think about is all of the older people or people who don’t buy cars often that they are ripping off not to mention looking at my documents later that was not disclosed a JMA maintenance fee of 105 for whatever that is that was never disclosed. Buyer beware at this dealership for sure, I was just lucky that I buy cars often and I did not get suckered into the dishonest deals here. More

We had worked with Jeremy as our sales professional and we couldn't say enough good things about him! He was very professional and informative! Also the finance department was a little pushy for our liking. More
