Came in with an appointment for a basic oil change and scheduledmaintenance. I asked about someone possibly putting my new plates on as the screw was stripped and was told that would be no problem. I wait scheduledmaintenance. I asked about someone possibly putting my new plates on as the screw was stripped and was told that would be no problem. I waited 2.5 hours. I finally went up to ask how much longer it would take and was told it was done but they were waiting on some paperwork from the tech. Eventually I was given my papers and told I was good to go seemingly without them ever getting the papers from the tech. Who knows how long I would've had to wait if I hadn't gone up and asked. My plates also weren't put on. Not a big deal, but don't say you can do it if you're too busy to actually get it done. More

For starters Rob the finance manager in the Media store is completely clueless and how he got his position is beyond me. He's a total snake scam artist and doesn't belong in a position of power. He is rude disrespectful and has no idea how to follow simple legal instructions given by Kia corporate themselves. Then let's move to the sales team and how much the scam and lie to take advantage of the customer just to earn a buck. They make up all kinds of lies just to get you in to a car you can't afford and when you tell them no they become heartless and try to pick on your nerves with every guilt trip possible ask Brian in the Media store who told me, my mother in law and husband bold face lies but reassured us that he left his family emergency to help us out cause I was pregnant but yet lied to the point where we where discussed by him and his sleazy tactics that we left more pissed off than when we came in cause he completely wasted our time. In final the whole Media store is filled with so much scam and sleaze that once my lease is done I will not be returning to that store and may just give up on the Kia brand especially after my first 2020 soul was a total lemon and we had to put a claim in with Kia cooperate to return it and get a new one after 2 years of issues(4 transmissions, 2 engines, 1 electrical hub repair, 1 transmission plug repair) and the lack of documentation done on the dealers end is crazy(not keeping proper records, not documting mileage). This dealer is a total joke and how they don't have lawsuits is amazing to me! One thing is for sure the need to fire Rob asap he's horrible! More
