I was in for warranty service on my Seltos at Ken Ganley of Clarksburg today with Greg Knapp as my service advisor. I was greeted immediately as I walked into the Service Department, he answered all of my q of Clarksburg today with Greg Knapp as my service advisor. I was greeted immediately as I walked into the Service Department, he answered all of my questions and made sure the entire process was clearly explained. My Seltos was instantly taken into the garage and work began. While I was waiting, Greg Floyd from the Sales Department checked in with me, was very nice and knowledgeable. He made sure I didn’t have any other questions, and that I knew where everything was. After my initial interaction with Ken Ganley Kia of Clarksburg when I bought my Seltos in May 2023 (and how great it was), every visit after has been just as great. I drove an hour and a half from home to go there, because the customer service at my local Kia dealerships were all subpar in comparison. I highly recommend Ken Ganley Kia to anyone interested in purchasing, or just needing their Kia serviced! More

When I came in the service writer greeted me quickly and was very nice and helpful. My car was taken back quickly and the service technician came out and talked to me when my car was done and let me know h was very nice and helpful.
