Messaged Ken Hanley and the first visit got put off due to a family emergency. On Monday we went down and they brought the Jeep around and it was as described in the ad. They had replaced all tires, brake to a family emergency. On Monday we went down and they brought the Jeep around and it was as described in the ad. They had replaced all tires, brake pads, rotors. There was no sign of anything wrong so we drove it. All was good, so we worked a deal. They negotiated with no issues and accepted our offer. There wasn't any pressure to buy extras. No push for warranties etc; We paid for it in full and drove it home. We have had the Jeep for only 3 days but can say there have been no issues at all. Waited 2 weeks for call that my tire had came in, finally I called and asked. They said it arrived (but nobody had called us). When talking to Service, Parts, etc., you have to be transferred multiple times I called and asked. They said it arrived (but nobody had called us). Salesman was great. GM lied on phone day before we visited and day we came.
