What a joke everything I have taken my vehicle to them for service, it always come back not covered by the warranty. The rudest most inconsiderate salesperson I’ve ever encountered. I asked for trade in appraisal and was told that the person who was to do it was with a client and would get with me after he completed encountered. I asked for trade in appraisal and was told that the person who was to do it was with a client and would get with me after he completed that interaction. After about one hour of waiting and 3 other employees asking if I needed assistance Fred told me that he was too busy to do appraisal unless I was going to buy right then. I watched him standing in the sales office joking and talking to other staff for most of my time waiting. I recommend going elsewhere to buy a car. I had a much better experience with a dealership nearby where I was treated as a person. They had time to sell me a new vehicle. More
