I hate nothing more than when I go to a dealership and feel “pushed”, but at this specific dealership it was the exact opposite. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to trade my truck because I was having such a har feel “pushed”, but at this specific dealership it was the exact opposite. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to trade my truck because I was having such a hard time letting it go, had been here and dealing with Ron numerous times for few months and he kept telling me “whenever you’re ready, just let me know and I’ll be here.” Ron helped me design my Telluride with exactly what I wanted, which actually became basically a rare specific vehicle and hard to find. Long story short, I ended up finally saying yes let’s do this, they found my vehicle and had it within five days! Ron truly is the best, most respectful, sincere and all around great guy! I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Throughout the process, everyone I had dealt with was phenomenal as well. I was in for warranty service on my Seltos at Ken Ganley of Clarksburg today with Greg Knapp as my service advisor. I was greeted immediately as I walked into the Service Department, he answered all of my q of Clarksburg today with Greg Knapp as my service advisor. My Seltos was instantly taken into the garage and work began. While I was waiting, Greg Floyd from the Sales Department checked in with me, was very nice and knowledgeable. He made sure I didn’t have any other questions, and that I knew where everything was. After my initial interaction with Ken Ganley Kia of Clarksburg when I bought my Seltos in May 2023 (and how great it was), every visit after has been just as great. I drove an hour and a half from home to go there, because the customer service at my local Kia dealerships were all subpar in comparison.
