Although I’m very unhappy with my Kia Sorento purchase, I’ve been very happy with staff at Ken Ganley. My engine blew up on Easter Sunday (apparently happens in these vehicles), had to replace cad convert I’ve been very happy with staff at Ken Ganley. My engine blew up on Easter Sunday (apparently happens in these vehicles), had to replace cad converter (expensive) and now the pearl white paint is coming off the hood and top (again, common problem). So disappointed with my Sorento. I have been to Ken Ganley a lot and always get top notch service! Mike is amazing! Very friendly and efficient. He has gone out of his way to make the inconvenience of all of this less. Went into idle mode in the interstate Monday and once I got it to dealership, Mike helped me out and I drove to work in a loaner. Really appreciate the service, no appreciation for the vehicle. More
