Canadians on the way to Virginia. Our 2010 Kia Rondo's fuel pump failed. There were many closer Kia dealerships, none of them would look at us. Some even cited that Canadian Kia's cannot be read by U.S. diagnostic units. Ken Ganley's Service dept promised to squeeze us in to see what was wrong but could not promise immediate service beyond that. Upon diagnosis, the Service dept proactively ordered suspected parts and were able to immediately begin work on the car. We lost slightly over days delay and were super excited to continue our trip. The service team at Ken Ganley made it possible. Thank you! More
