Went in JUST TO LOOK at a car I was interested in. I told him upfront if I liked the car AFTER test driving it, THEN and ONLY THEN would I talk numbers with him. Derek was very pushy about finding out how mu him upfront if I liked the car AFTER test driving it, THEN and ONLY THEN would I talk numbers with him. Derek was very pushy about finding out how much I could afford, how much I was willing to pay, etc., trying to squeeze every dime possible out of me before I even had a chance to get a closer look at the car to decide whether or not I even wanted to make a deal on it. Finally had enough of his BS and walked out, where he chased me down and tried to belittle me, saying I was "acting like a child" and "I didn't know what I was talking about". I know others who have had bad experiences with Taylor Kia as well, so I went in with my guard up already. Everything he said and did just reaffirmed my opinion of this dealership. Low class, high pressure, and more concerned about how much money they can squeeze out of you rather than selling you a car you'll be happy with. More

Went in today to get trade-in values for 2 leased vehicles, applying that negative equity to a new lease, to see what type of costs I would incur by ending the leases early. I asked them what the vehicles, applying that negative equity to a new lease, to see what type of costs I would incur by ending the leases early. I asked them what the trade-in values were going to be for the 2 cars and they would not tell me, instead resorting to talking condescendingly to me, making me feel guilty for wanting to know some of the details of the deal. I asked them, "If I did not have any leases to turn in as part of this deal, and the car you are going to lease me is normally $20,000, what will it become when you add-in the negative equity that will come from ending these 2 leases early? $21,500? $24,000? I'd like to know how much extra will be figured-in because of the 2 early lease terminations." They became frustrated with me and started being rude. I don't mind haggling and I don't mind playing the waiting game when negotiating for new cars, I've done it many times, recently on a new Corvette for my father, and I know that some frustration from both parties is part of it sometimes, but these guys were overly rude and I will not go back and certainly won't give them my business. I see from other reviews on the Internet that others have had negative experiences here as well. More
Did vehicle pre selection and financing over the internet. Went to dealership to view car and it was full of mattress, blankets, pillows, food, clothing etc. Was told the owner was using it to cle internet. Went to dealership to view car and it was full of mattress, blankets, pillows, food, clothing etc. Was told the owner was using it to clean out his boat at Lake Milton. When I asked why it was not there on the saturday morning that I was to purchase it I was told if the owner wanted to use it there was nothing could be done. Apparently cleaning out a boat was more important than a customer or a sale. I will never purchase a vehiclre from these unprofessionals. More
Very disappointed with service department. My Kia was grandfathered under a warranty which was bought new by my father in 2006. Each time I take it in for servicing I feel this has to be explained each grandfathered under a warranty which was bought new by my father in 2006. Each time I take it in for servicing I feel this has to be explained each time, and is not fully taken seriously. This last time takes the cake. I work very hard- 12 hour shifts -many days a week. My husband was kind enough to take my car into dealership for me when he was done working also. They found multiple things wrong, and low and behold not under warranty anymore. What i thought was just great was they changed my oil charged my husband 35 dollars when clearly in my window (probably where they replaced their sticker) was my very recent Jiffy lube sticker with my oil change. This is crazy! and unprofessional. I will not bring my car back. I will not buy my next car from this dealership, and when someone stops me and says "hey do you like your Kia?" I will say yes but do not buy it in boardman or use there services. Really I have given them many chances, and sti9ll not happy. More

Due to the high pressure sales tactics, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Went in for a test drive and ended up buying a car I didn't want because salesman was relentless and a master at h the worst experiences of my life. Went in for a test drive and ended up buying a car I didn't want because salesman was relentless and a master at his craft. Be very careful with the numbers and dollar figures they give you and bring your own calculator. This is a dealership where the saying "Let the Buyer Beware" truly applies. More
Taylor of Kia is a great dealership. My Salesman Alesio was straight, to-the-point, honest, and fast. The dealership had ample inventory of the car I was looking for (Forte). Alesio qualified us and got to the test drive in a very timely fashion. I did not know if or when I would be purchasing a car, but I left with a great interest rate, warranty, Customer Service experience, and a car that I LOVE. Also, they were more than fair when discussing trade-in and pricing. If you are intested in getting the most for your money, you need to stop by Taylor of Kia and absolutely ask for Alesio, as you won't be sorry. More
Typical car salesman bait and switch, quoted us a car that was not the model we wanted. Got past that hurdle, The interest rate the salesman quoted us was not the interest rate that the finance manager h that was not the model we wanted. Got past that hurdle, The interest rate the salesman quoted us was not the interest rate that the finance manager had? Terms of loan were not even close to what we had asked for. Very deceiving and wasted two days dickering with these clowns. Really wanted a new Kia, went to another dealership to make our purchase. More
