I had a 2006 Sorento, and had used Taylor for service, so I was used to the excellent service team. Their mechanics are second to none, and the office staff are amazing. When I picked the one I wanted after the test drive, that's when Jim (In finance) came into the picture. He was so nice, and he knew everything that we needed to do. John was so honest we were absolutely astounded. We had been out looking at various cars at area dealers and simply assumed he would be like all the rest. Not so! I visited Taylor Kia on December 11th 2012. I have been looking at new cars for a while and researching online. My brother in law and sister bought there Kia Sportage there as well as a couple of close fri looking at new cars for a while and researching online. I was interested in a small SUV with great gas mileage and ample room in the back. After checking out the parking lot for a while and looking at the stickers in the windows, I decided to go in and talk with a salesperson. John met me and was very friendly and asked what i was looking for in a new vehicle. He was not pushing but very knowledgeable which i liked. After telling me about the Kia Soul,which was the car i was interested in - I was sold. My only problem was which color I wasnted!I love love love my Kia....
