My wife and I wanted to stop at Taylor Kia to check out the Kia Optima. We just wanted to look and maybe take a test drive.Jesse was very friendly and was knowledgable. I was in the market for a new car. I dealt with Joe Santone at another dealership and found he was no longer there. I contacted him and he told me to stop into Kia where he now works. I'm so glad I was able to find him. What I like about Joe is that he is a very knowledgeable car salesman. He knows his product line very well. He had an answer to every question asked by me about the car. The nice thing about Joe is after the sale is done, Joe doesn't forget about you. He follows up to see how the car is running, etc. Joe keeps in touch. He even calls me on my birthday! Joe also has a very good sense of humor.
