Our intention was to have some questions answered and then go back to the Hyundai dealership. John understood that buying a car is a big decision and he thoroughly addressed all of our concerns. As a result, we never made it back to the other dealership. We purchased the Optima and are very satisfied. Regarding the rest of the dealership, everyone is friendly and seems to appreciate the customer. They truly do want the customer to know the product. The after-sale follow-up is very thorough. When I picked the one I wanted after the test drive, that's when Jim (In finance) came into the picture. He was so nice, and he knew everything that we needed to do.
