We went to get are 2004 Kia Sorento brakes fix. My husband has been wanting to test drive the new sportages. So Jesse helped us. We had spent a couple of weekends looking for a car and had visited several dealerships in the area. Not having purchased a car in several years we had a lot of questions and concerns about purchasing vs. had visited several dealerships in the area. Not having purchased a car in several years we had a lot of questions and concerns about purchasing vs. lease and new vs. used. We had become very frustrated with some of the sales tactics at several of the dealerships. Our questions and concerns were not being answered and we felt as if we were being given the "run around" and pushed into cars that were not a good match for what we were looking for. Tired and weary we decided to stop in one more dealer, Taylor Kia, with very low expectations. John met us, seemed friendly, sat down with us and got us some much needed coffee. He talked to us, not at us. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He was honest and was more concerned about finding us the "right" than "any" car. We did not feel at all "pressured" or like we were being given the "run around". John was great, he found us a great car with everything we asked for and so much more. I had THE BEST service ever by Keith Burke. I have bought alot of used and new vehicles (Chevys) from a cpl different dealerships and I will never go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle. No salesman ever brought up a carfax for us when we were buying a vehicle. When my wife and I pay off the Sadonna we bought we plan on trading her car in on another KIA as long as Keith Burke is under your employment. What I feel is important for you to know also is another couple that Keith was working with even told my wife and I how wonderful Keith was to them as well. You have a grand champion salesman in Keith and I wish him all the luck in the world.
