My experience was absolutely wonderful. Joe Santone greeted me at the door, and made sure from his friendly greeting till the new lease was signed that every need I had for my trade in and the right pr greeted me at the door, and made sure from his friendly greeting till the new lease was signed that every need I had for my trade in and the right price for my payments was met. I did not feel 'pressured' or 'rushed' as I have in some cases in other dealerships over the years. He answered all of my questions, and made sure I was satisfied with my new car. He has checked on me frequently since I drove my Kia Soul off the lot that day to make sure there were no problems or questions. The entire staff at Taylor Kia of Boardman seemed to be enjoying their day at work, and the atmosphere was fun and pleasant. Everyone was respectful of the customers and of one another as fellow employees. It is apparent they function as a team, with a 'family' atmosphere. I felt right at home. I would recommend Taylor Kia of Boardman to anyone looking for a good experience in buying or leasing a car, and for a good quality car as well. The Kia Soul was recommended to me by two friends who have been driving the Kia Soul for a few years now. My personal experience tells me why they could easily recommend the car, and the place that they bought and leased their cars from. More

From the beginning, Bill Burns and C.J. Leone went out of their way to be helpful. Over several visits, when one was busy, the other helped the Wife & I to come to terms as to which model best suited our ne their way to be helpful. This dealership was very unprofessional and pushy! First thing I told them when I got there is that I was just looking at my options and that I wanted to test drive a Kia optima to see if I liked the car. I told him I was interested in another car at a another car dealership but was interested in this car as well. The sales rep was very rude by the end, and told me he would not run me numbers on a car unless I committed to buying a car there. He literally told me he was NOT going to waste his time and energy running numbers if i did not want to buy the car! HOW WOULD I KNOW I WANTED TO BUY THE CAR WITHOUT A PRICE!!! He basically told me he did not want to work for my business. He was very rude and argued with me the whole time about the car and how he would not run be numbers if I wasn't buying the car. Then he told me that a certain car was out of my price range, when I KNEW what I could and could not afford. I work in financing (although he did not know) and he basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. This dealership was horrible. When I first walked in, everyone was "busy" but yet no one has customers. We had to fight tooth and nail to find someone to help us!! Not once did the sales manager come out to talk to us even though our sales rep was going back to talk to him about things about 50 times. would never return to this dealership and will let everyone I know to not go there either. I will be calling corporate as well to let them know that this dealerships "sales tactics" are not good at all. More
This is the second time Josh Nussbaum has sold me a new vehicle. I came in for service on my 2009 Spectra and after Josh showed me the good deal to lease a 2013 Optima I decided that I couldn't pass it up. vehicle. In the 4 years that I had the Spectra I had no problems, no worries and all I needed to do was change the oil & rotate the tires when it was time to do so. I expect the same quality from this 2013 Optima. Not only did Josh Nussbaum help me pick out the prettiest color (Dark Cherry) from the lot, but he made sure I knew all the features on it. There were many new improvements from 2009 until 2013 so Josh took the time to make sure I knew about them. Also I was very happy when Frank in Finance told me that this time I would pay zero for oil changes & tire rotations for next 3 years of my lease. Buying or leasing a second Kia was not a difficult decision because I knew their service department is always helpful when I have questions and they make sure my car is well taken care of. I am a proud Kia owner. I always recommend a Kia to friends & family. I always recommend Taylor Kia of Boardman when anyone is ready to buy or lease a new car because when you walk into their dealership it is like coming home to family. More
John did a great job with showing me cars without making me feel pressured. He was very friendly, as you would expect from any salesperson. Transaction was quite easy. Everything was Excellent! It was a very pleasant experience and the playroom to keep the kids occupied was GREAT! Don was very helpful. He said he would get us the car we wanted and he did! We went to get are 2004 Kia Sorento brakes fix. My husband has been wanting to test drive the new sportages. So Jesse helped us. By the end of the day we traded are 2004 for kia in for a 2013.I also h husband has been wanting to test drive the new sportages. So Jesse helped us.
