Didn't give me any hard numbers before the sale. Only gave me the monthly payment. Only after they make you sign 2 handwritten contracts do you finally get to see any prices, but that's only as the Only gave me the monthly payment. After getting a chance to review the contract (at home), I realized they gave me $1,000 less than what I should have received for my trade-in. Also, they overcharged me almost $2,000 for the vehicle I purchased. These prices were according to Kelly Blue Book values for used cars at local dealerships. Also, I could not find any other vehicles with the same year and similar mileage for as high a price as they charged me. They know how to play the game: pretend they're your buddy and apply high pressure sales tactics. VETERANS: They looked me right in the eye, thanked me for serving my country, told me how much they appreciated that I was in the military, then proceeded to give me the worst possible deal they could. This has been my best ever purchase experience that I have had in over 52 years of buying. Everyone at Taylor Kia is great . I went in to see a new Kia and bought it within a few hours. Don Evans my salesman was the greatest and well versed on the Kia's. I spoke with Ken the service manager twice and he answered all of my questions very well. Don Evans had a lot of patience with me and my purchase of the Kia that I wanted. I met the one Taylor Brother a few days after I first talked to Don but got there to late because it was a holiday and they were closing early. He came out the front door and said they were closed but please do come back tomorrow and see us. He tried to give me a salesman's card but I explained to him that I had talked to Don Evans a day before and he said good he was a good guy do come back and see him. Like I said before Don is a great and helpful sales man.. He has always been forward with me and helped and answered my questions. I also had a great experience with Kelly at the front desk when you go thru the front door. I stopped in there one day with a few questions and Don was off so Kelly stepped up and went outside with me and explained my questions and also showed me how to work a few of the accessories. She really surprised me at how well she knows the Kia's and their equipment. Kelly makes a great representative for Taylor Kia and their Dealership. Kelly also took me to meet the service manager while I was there and he answered a question that I had about service there. I guarantee you that I will always check with them first and send my friends there also. More
My wife and I stopped by looking to test drive a Kia Optima and Soul to possibly compare to other vehicles we were considering leasing. Jesse greeted us in the parking lot when we arrived around 2:00pm, Optima and Soul to possibly compare to other vehicles we were considering leasing. Jesse greeted us in the parking lot when we arrived around 2:00pm, little did we know, almost 4 hours later (2 hours past their closing time), my wife was driving out in her new 2013 Kia Soul. Jesse got us to a lease price that we talked about from the time we sat down to discuss vehicles. I would have opted for the Kia Optima (more roomy for me) but because it's my wifes car, the Kia Soul was her choice. Jesse was wonderful to work with as a Sales Rep and would definitely refer him to people I know considering on purchasing a vehicle from Taylor Kia. More

My mother has a Kia and recently I drove it and had a question so I stopped in and talked with Susan and she answered all my questions and was very pleasant. Keith Burke went above and beyond with his customer service. He worked with us as opposed to trying to force upon us a vehicle to purchase. We also had our 3 year old daughter with us and he did everyt service. He worked with us as opposed to trying to force upon us a vehicle to purchase. She had called the dealership in advance to ask questions for me. Upon arrival, we were greeted and introduced to Josh Nussbaum. After a ride with Josh in my current car, some conversation and questions, another ride in my new car......it was left up to financing. It was as quick and painless as can be expected.....I was surprised and pleasantly pleased. I am a reluctant shopper. I am terrible at making decisions. I am a wonderful procrastinator. I find contentment easily. I LOVED my previous vehicle........Taylor Kia of Boardman rocked my world! Now, I have a new vehicle and it was love at first sight! Thanks Josh Nussbaum for your time and talent (and patience with me). I promise to do things in a more timely manner :) More
