Worst Dealer Service Center! They service department said my car needed an alignment 2000 miles after the warranty expired. My sorento only had 14,000 miles on it! Something did n They service department said my car needed an alignment 2000 miles after the warranty expired. My sorento only had 14,000 miles on it! Something did not sound right. They said the tires were wearing because of it. The next time I came into the dealer they told me, there was a recall on the ball joints. So they replaced them. Now this time I go into the service center, they tell me I need new tires. My sorento only has 28,000 miles now. This is completely uncalled for. They knew there was a problem and they did nothing about it! It is Kia's fault for the worn tires. This is the worst service department for not even trying to help with the problem. More

Above & beyond I spoke with Josh Nussbaum over the phone about trading in my car in hopes of getting a new car. I live over a hour away from the dealership and had no spare time really, so I was hoping Josh could do most of the preparation via phone. Now I didn't want to get my hopes up, bc the car I had I owed more than it was currently worth. I was turned down by progressive dodge in Massillon where I originally purchased the car. The owner Tim sanders assured me nobody is going to take that trade bc my chrysler 200 isn't a high demand car and I owe too much on it. So even after talking Josh I still had doubts. Well he ran my credit and assured me he would get me a new car no problems at all. Little did he know I was going to be the problem lol. The first thing I told Josh when I spoke to him was I only like white cars that's the only color I'll take, unfortunately they didn't have any white cars. There would be no convincing me to buy another color I was dead set on white. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. He found the snow pearl white car I wanted and had it delivered for me. Before I took my car home he went over how everything works and made sure I didn't have any further questions. Well I knew when I left I would forget what he said and of course I did lol, but Josh never made me feel like a bother when I text him multiple times asking questions about the car. I also worked with Jim Horvath I'm finance and I don't think, actually I know there isn't a better guy out there for this job. He went over every single detail before I signed, he made sure I understood the options that were offered. He made sure I chose options that were best fit for me and didn't waste money on one's that I would never use. He as well as Josh has still been there for me a month later to answer any questions I have.....trust me I've bothered Jim with questions at crazy hours of the night when a question hits me and he still replies and is as nice and professional as he is in his office. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle, and I would recommend taylor kia of Boardman to ANYONE looking to buy a car and work with people that actually care about making their customers happy!!! 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 More
