Great people picked up vehicle and returned it. Took longer than expected to get appointment for an oil change. Maybe consider adding a quick lube or quick service area to the dealership for efficiency longer than expected to get appointment for an oil change. My sales consultant, Ridge Awadallah, was the best. I knew what I wanted when I went in, and there was no pressure to change or add other features. He listened to me. He was fast and efficient, and exp knew what I wanted when I went in, and there was no pressure to change or add other features. He listened to me. I couldn't b more pleased then with the vehicle my dad purchased. Our sales rep (Dan Michael) was excellent as he was attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle.
