Bought the car five years ago. Last issue i dealt with Kathy and Scott the mechanic. Nice people. Knowledgeable and showed genuine concern for my issue. My car is my office. Im on the road a lot. So far so good. Still need more time to leave a better review. Last year I was not happy with this Kia dealership in their service department. They said they did work but they didn’t. Our salesman, Bill Burns, worked over his hours on Monday, 8/16, when we purchased our Soul. It was necessary for us to be there Mon instead of Tues because we wanted our daughter to "size up" the car Monday, 8/16, when we purchased our Soul. It was necessary for us to be there Mon instead of Tues because we wanted our daughter to "size up" the car for her petite stature & drive it. She was unavailable on Tues.
