I couldn't b more pleased then with the vehicle my dad purchased. Our sales rep (Dan Michael) was excellent as he was attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle. After taking my 2013 KIA in after a recall of stalled engines, which happened to me on the highway, (scary), is when I found out there was a recall, so the issue was alledgely repaired. 4 months later engines, which happened to me on the highway, (scary), is when I found out there was a recall, so the issue was alledgely repaired. 4 months later it did it again. I Didn’t want to take any chances on the high away. So After towing it in, the decision now, was that my engine would need replaced and was not covered under warranty! A USED engine would cost me $5000. This was a 2013 with 104,000..... when I bought it in 2015, it had 33,500 miles. However the consumer affairs, and the district manager said there was nothing that could be done. OH, the good news ( exaggeration) is Sarah, Shes’s the service manager, her solution was, the car was still drivable and the service rep Cody Straub said the same, but Sarah suggested to make sure I put oil in it every couple of weeks, or let it run out and then I would have a better chance of the engine being replaced🤔 However, when I pulled out of the Taylor KIA of Boardman parking lot, there was so much smoke coming from the vehicle that you couldn’t even see the car😳 I immediately turned around and took it back, only for her to tell me the next day that they could look into why it was smoking So badly even though it had already been in their shop for five weeks! UNBELIEVABLE :( More
