I can't get any one to return my calls about a refund I was to get. Although my awful experience with Kia has been a long drawn-out ordeal, I’ll try to keep this brief. After you’re done reading this do your own research on Kia engines. You’ll be amazed at how bad they r drawn-out ordeal, I’ll try to keep this brief. After you’re done reading this do your own research on Kia engines. You’ll be amazed at how bad they really are. My 2015 Kia Sedona has 94k miles. On the way to the dealership for an oil change, the check engine light came on. I advised them of the light. The next day I was told that my engine had a blown head gasket and needed completely replaced. The cost of a refurbished engine is $12,400 not including installation. This was quite the surprise to me since my vehicle was running excellent up until the trip to the dealership. I contacted Customer Service and requested assistance with repairs. Two months later, After providing Kia with all my service records, The PSDM denied any assistance. No explanation, no counter offer, just denied. Alicia in service was very nice but my complaints were above her, nothing she could do to help. Up until this issue my Kia was the best car I ever owned but I can no longer say that. They know their products don’t last and they don’t care. Any vehicle these days should last well over 100k miles without a catastrophic failure like this. Don’t take my word for it. Do a search on Kia engines and find out for yourself. Just make sure you have plenty of time to spend reading because it's overwhelming. More

Siobhan Dimuzio was absolutely amazing! She greeted me with a smile as soon as I pulled in. She kept me updated on my car when She had the info and got me out of there as quick as she could She greeted me with a smile as soon as I pulled in.
