Well this validates my complaint of lousy customer service at Ken Ganley Kia. It’s been over a week since I was told that I would get a call from this dealership but no call. I’m going to guess that there was never any intention to do so. If you want to discuss this, you have my contact information. Otherwise, this weekend we are having the “funeral” for my Kia Sedona. You are all invited. It will be on US 422 near the Eastwood Mall. For those who cannot attend, we will post pictures on various social media sites. It’s going to be something to see.
