Just like any other dealership. ..pressure you and keep you sitting there for hours. Why is it when you ask to "look" at a vehicle, the first thing they do is get all your informati ..pressure you and keep you sitting there for hours. Why is it when you ask to "look" at a vehicle, the first thing they do is get all your information... meaning lets run your credit through 4 or 5 different places first. (I getvit youbwant to know what price range the customer can afford...so you dont waste valuable time, but the customer is very important and just wants to see the vehicle) What part of "look" dont you understand. Then after this we show you a vehicle and take you for a test ride through 2 or 3 back streets and talk your ear off so you cant listen to what the vehicle is doing or feel how it is. Then once back we want to hold you longer on what numbers sound to good to be true. Blow smoke past you and pressure you to think this is the best deal around while you justify wanting this vehicle. As this vehicle is priced so low it wont last another minute...even though you realize all yoo late that all vehicles in this class are priced the same or even lower. Play the game and change the amount due to something alittle closer to what you can afford even though what you told them and what they have is still miles away. Then even after you stretch to maybe make your monthly payment they place you in an outrageous line of holding to wait for the financial person. Then once there, this person offers you all the wasteful extras that place your payment even further away from what you thought you could handle. Now your stuck on pressure to protect your vehicle in case of whatever may break the day after your original warranty stops and you are stuck with a paperweight. I get it on how sales works and pressure is needed a bit. But i really think the customer is the most important person here. Dont blow smoke and shiny things in front of them to get there business. Throw honesty and dedication to knowing no rules were broken or slight lies were said. I really hate this vehicle and wouldnt have purchased this kia but too many flashy items were thrown in front of my family member and they thought this was heaven...now we are stuck with this for close to the next decade. Again, stop using the customers to your advantage and take time with everyone regardless of what they can afford or if they even buy. You will be rewarded more from that. Also, this is crazy to think that each salesperson needs 10 of these a week or a possible right up and money loss is a potential. More
