Beware of Kia of Alliance - dishonest salesmen and staff We purchased a Chevy Traverse on October 24, 2018. The dealership had to keep the vehicle to replace the radio. When the SUV was delivered, it had r We purchased a Chevy Traverse on October 24, 2018. The dealership had to keep the vehicle to replace the radio. When the SUV was delivered, it had rear end body damage. They tried to say the damage was there when we purchased the vehicle, which is so far from the truth. After many phone calls, they agreed to fix it. They also stated that an oil change was performed on October 22, 2018. The fluids are almost bone dry and the oil is low, black and extremely dirty and the oil life sensor says it has 48% life left. An oil change was obviously not performed. We have owned the vehicle for 12 days but only driven it 7 of them since the dealer had it for 5 days doing repairs to the radio and body work. Now the stability track service light is flashing, this concern was address with Joe the service manager once before when the light came on when we were driving it back to the dealership for body repairs. Joe told us if it continued, to contact him and he would take care of it. No one can get a hold of Joe now and he is not returning our telephone calls now. More

I love KIA of Alliance! I originally went to the dealership today to have some recalls serviced on my 2012 Kia Forte Koup that I bought there 3 years ago. After dropping it o I originally went to the dealership today to have some recalls serviced on my 2012 Kia Forte Koup that I bought there 3 years ago. After dropping it off, my husband and I decided to wander around the lot to see what they had and I fell in love with a black 2015 Chrysler 300 S. Amanda Christy greeter is at the door when we walked in and immediately sat us down to give us information on the car. We test drove it, I fell even more in love, and Amanda worked her magic to get us a great price! She was so kind, personable, energetic, and never let us sit there feeling awkward while she was gathering information. I don’t foresee buying another car anytime soon, but if I do, I will 100% go back to Amanda at KIA of Alliance! She’s amazing at what she does and I will recommend her a million times over!! More
