We were blatantly lied to multiple times not only from our salesman but also from the finance department. Both of the men's name start with T. They tried scamming us like we were idiot's and wouldn't look over the paperwork. We were charged over $2000 on our loan for something the fiance manager blatantly said was free. The salesman blatantly lied multiple times about the Carfax and then blew us off when we kept trying to get a copy of it. They knew they did us so wrong they even took the car back (used car). It was like everything you hear bad about used car sales came true. Since you did not care to even ask us about what happened you can deal with the truth in the form of a review! More

Painful, regrets. I found the vehicle on Cargurus. I went to see the vehicle. Upon arrival I noticed auction sticker on it. I was told that the vehicle has been at the I found the vehicle on Cargurus. I went to see the vehicle. Upon arrival I noticed auction sticker on it. I was told that the vehicle has been at the dealership for a few weeks so they took it to the auction but the cost of running it through the auction was high so they brought it back. Which was a lie because the paperwork they had showed that they had the vehicle for 5 months. Then the price on Cargurus was not correct but would honor it. But going up afterwards. Next day would only sell to me if I financed through a bank of their choice not mine. More
