He responded to an online inquiry very quickly and I set up and appointment to come in and look at the vehicle. The process was smooth and efficient. He showed us comparable vehicles to my original inquiry so that we had options. They were able to buy out the end of my lease and get me into the exact vehicle I wanted and stayed within my budget (actually they were able to come in lower than originally thought!). Randy Roberts in finance was also wonderful to work with. They were very patient and accommodating of our needs (especially since we had our 2 year old son with us). Overall the experience couldn’t have been better, from start to finish! Thank you Kia of Alliance, Ken Robinson & Randy Roberts for making this a wonderful car buying experience!
