As I said, my contract was corrected after I caught the deception and brought it to the GMs attention when I spoke to him so he does know who I am. Not sure what else he could do other than to review every new car lease or purchase that includes a service contract from the past few years, contact the customer to confirm they knowingly wanted it after explaining how it is unnecesary since all new Kias have a 5 Yr, 60,000 mile manufacturers warranty and see if the customer would like the price refunded (plus interest). That would be great! Until that happens, I can only warn everyone to be EXTREMELY cautious and check every detail.
