I see someone else back in 2019 had a service contract added into his final price before he went to finance. Happened to me this week on a new car where it is absolutely worthless so they are still doing added into his final price before he went to finance. Happened to me this week on a new car where it is absolutely worthless so they are still doing it. I knew the payments seemed high but thought maybe my math was off. Told them I didnt want any add-ons but they had already added 1550 on and werent about to admit it. Then when you get to Finance they use small screen i-pads so you cant really see everything at once. I would recommend making them print out the contract and really look at the line items on the first 2 pages where the cost, taxes and any add-ons should be listed. I was looking for something and still missed it until I looked closer at the paperwork the next morning. They blamed it on a new finance manager from another KIA store near by so again, not really taking blame and of course there were at least three people involved so... They made the corrections but didnt offer anything off and I ended up with payments I originally calculated (so my math wasnt wrong) but it made the entire experience extremely frustrating. More
