I met with the salesman Ken (not Ganley) and he was very accommodating when trying to make an appointment. He worked with my schedule and was very professional. I really liked working with him. We were pretty far apart with numbers and Ken went to talk to his supervisor. This is where things went downhill quick. Kam Wong (listed as a Sales Manager) took over (literally came to the desk and took over) with trying to make a deal. In the process, he was condescending and rude. He made rude comments about my current vehicle that I did NOT want to trade in. I wanted to take their "sales sheet" paper home and look at the numbers - my budget and rethink my next move. When i stated that, he made a comment about me already thinking about it for a month. His exact words "You've already thought about it for a month, what's the hold up?!" The sales sheet also had added money to it in the amount of $2,995.00 above MSRP for "market adjustment". As much as I wanted to work with Ken Vogt - I will not return to Kia of Alliance as long as Kam Wong is there. Again, very rude and condescending. I’m so disappointed that it has taken an entire month. l don’t have any registration for the new vehicle. They have not paid off my trade. It’s now going to my credit the manager we liked is gone. I must’ve called every day this past week and they still can’t get an answer why the check hasn’t been sent for my payoff from my trade? It’s absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to call every single day to find out what’s going on. meanwhile, my daughter is driving a car without the new registration. The new finance company doesn’t even have our name in their system and the payment is due in less than two weeks, this is the third vehicle third vehicle that we have gotten from them and I’m done I’m about to find a lawyer at this point because this is going to affect my credit. Everything should’ve been handled within two weeks time. Thank you for all the stress. More
