I bought my 2024 Honda Odyssey from them about 8 months ago. I figured I would bring my car to the same dealership I bought it when it had a service issue. My experience was that the service rep I worked with seemed like she did not care about my problem, was generally unresponsive, and unhelpful. When I had questions about the service done to the car, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. When my service rep was unavailable, I tried to call the service manager but it kept going to voicemail and I never was called back. If you need your Honda serviced for any reason, I would recommend going to a different dealership. More
