I really do not enjoy shopping for a new vehicle - But my experience with Ken Ganley Honda was extremely a more pleasant experience than I expected from the online sales person to the in person sales. They were very transparent in pricing and making the buying process easy. They worked with me even after I changed my mind on the first car they found for me. They were very professional and I would recommend Ken Ganley Honda when shopping for your new vehicle. Good evening, I received an email with some of the information I had requested. It was a picture of the bill from your Honda dealership that you sent the car that we bought to get the problem with the information I had requested. It was a picture of the bill from your Honda dealership that you sent the car that we bought to get the problem with the check engine light that was on repaired. It had, setting on the bill, a key fob for our car. We had requested the bill and a resolution about our getting only one key fob when we picked up our Odessey a week after we had paid for it. We didn't know that there was only one key fob, the other was not turned in when the prior owner had sold it to you. When we picked it up, we were told that you were going to see if you could retrieve it. I called a number of times to see if you had got it, we were told, no, but for $500.00 we could get one from Honda. We paid over $35,000.00 for the van, and I can't see that I should pay for another key fob that we didn't know wasn't there. Beside my problem with the key, the bill that you sent a picture of was blurry when I enlarged the photo. I asked if you could send me a copy of this bill and was told that's all you had; I asked if you could have the Honda dealer who repaired it send me a better copy, and was told, I could get in touch with them and ask for one myself. There is probably nothing that I have asked for that I will receive, and that is how business is anymore. But I have to tell you that I would never recommend you to anyone. Sad how you have to be very leery of anyone you do business with. Bob Foky More
