Van had multiple problems when we got it home. The side mirrors would go down to the ground while driving and I would be trying to change lanes without being able to see if I could. Mirrors would not stay in place anfter trying a trick I found on the internet. After taking it for service, the man brushed me off and said it wasn’t doing it while he drove it. They drove less than a mile (mileage on paperwork was the same before and after service) to see if it happened and sent me out the door saying I would have to leave it there for 3 days if I want them to try it again. I left after being dismissed and told “if it wasn’t under warranty and I had to pay to replace a part without knowing which of 3 possibilities would fix it, you wouldn’t do it. He said they can’t keep trying one of 3 possible solutions because that’s too expensive”. I left angry and upset that I had a brand new, yet unsafe vehicle to drive my grandbabies in. I took it to Middleburg Hts Honda and they said it was just a setting on the key fab and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Also, the pinch sensor (rubber moldings)that go between the side doors were not working. They put new ones on and one came off and was hanging 2 days later. Although my husband got a decent price, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
