From the moment I walked into the show room, to when I drove off the lot, I never felt pressured. The entire experience was pleasant, the salesman was knowledgable and incredibly helpful. Have had major frustration dealing with both sales department and service department. You shouldn't have to have your car in for service after owning it for just TWO DAYS- Outrageous! The back hatch wouldn't open and I was told "Oh, we can fix that", like it was no big deal. I was pleased with the sales person and everyone that I I was pleased with the sales person and everyone that I came in contact with. While waiting other personel asked if I was beeing waited on I was pleased with the sales person and everyone that I came in contact with. The only disapointment was I paid for a cleanup on the inside of the vehicle and it was not up to snuff after I got it home and started looking it over real good. I purchased a used vehicle and got a good price so I paid for the interior to be cleaned. Other than that everything seems OK. Rich More

Tiffany was a pleasure to deal with. She was helpful in setting up a time to meet, offering us choices in vehicles and making the buying experience one that is not typical when buying a vehicle. The Finance Manager Marc was also very helpful. Once we had finance arranged he kept working on our behalf to see if he could make the financing even better and he did. Ganley was not the closest Honda dealership for us, in fact it is 40 minutes away but the drive was well worth it. Thanks to Tiffany, Marc and all of Ganley Honda for a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a good buying experience. More
