I was driving by and thought I would take the dealer up on the free car wash they offer. When a porter was unavailable to wash the car, my salesman stepped up and said he would take care of it for me. No on the free car wash they offer. Not only did he wash the car he took paper towels and wiped off the black stuff that was on my wheels from the brakes. He was so careful to be sure he got all of the grime off. I was shocked that a salesman would do such a nice thing for me going above and beyond what I ever thought a salesman would do. More

She took the time (several days)to find me a Certified CRV that met my financial as well as family needs. Well four years later, I decided to inquire about a new vehicle. I got in touch with Tiffany who advised me of her work schedule and set a time for my husband and I to met her. Two weeks ago I left the dealership with a brand new Odessey with only 5 miles! Again Tiffany did a fantastic job! She went over the vehicle with us staying well past her time to go home. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I am always giving kudos to Ganley Honda for their service. I also bring my vehicles there for service. You can truly tell that Tiffany cares about her customers.
