I recently purchased a 2008 Odyssey. It was never cleaned internally. Just a quick wipe down. I returned twice, once for foglights and then for remote start installation. I was looking for a new Honda, but was not certain if I would leave with one that same day. From the moment I walked into the show room, to when I drove off the lot, I never felt pressured. The entire experience was pleasant, the salesman was knowledgable and incredibly helpful. In the end, it was just over three hours at the dealership and I had a brand new car. Wasn't expecting the experience to be that easy or enjoyable. Have had major frustration dealing with both sales department and service department. Mistakes sometimes happen, but with this dealership I did not get the impression that my happiness meant anything department and service department. You shouldn't have to have your car in for service after owning it for just TWO DAYS- Outrageous! The back hatch wouldn't open and I was told "Oh, we can fix that", like it was no big deal. The attitude o owning it for just TWO DAYS- Outrageous! The back hatch wouldn't open and I was told "Oh, we can fix that", like it was no big deal. I was pleased with the sales person and everyone that I I was pleased with the sales person and everyone that I came in contact with. While waiting other personel asked if I was beeing waited on I was pleased with the sales person and everyone that I came in contact with. While waiting other personel asked if I was beeing waited on. Not usually the case when you go into other establishments. The only disapointment was I paid for a cleanup on the inside of the vehicle and it was not up to snuff after I got it home and started looking it over real good. I purchased a used vehicle and got a good price so I paid for the interior to be cleaned. Other than that everything seems OK. Rich More
