I was not satisfied because I live an hour and a half away so I called to make sure the vehicle I saw online was still available and I was told yes, I even included a stock number. When I arrived, it was away so I called to make sure the vehicle I saw online was still available and I was told yes, I even included a stock number. When I arrived, it was not the car I requested. It was close however. I had a trade in that was worth $4,000 more than I was offered as a trade in according to my research and the Toyota dealership offered me that amount although they did not have the vehicle I wanted. So now my loan is in negative equity because the salesman said they would give me more when I expressed my concern but that was false. The vehicle I purchased now does not start easily and the back tires are worn. I should have paid more attention. Then I tried to contact a sales manager but my messages have not been returned and that was 3 days ago. Will not recommend. More
First, the add in the paper was accurate. My husband and I will bring in the advertisement that caught our interest just to be sure the facts remain the same. I am not good at thinking really fast, and before i knew it, I was dealing on a brand new 2012. I will need to remember this the next time, because i know that other cars must be available. I do like the car so far, however. The people at Ganley are very nice and helpful. I always get good service there, and I like the Honda warranty. I like the idea of leasing because there are usually no repairs that are out of pocket during the first 36000 miles. More
This is the third time I've obtained a new vehicle at Ganley Honda, and I have always been treated with respect. Women can sometimes be talked down to at car dealerships, but that has never been the case Ganley Honda, and I have always been treated with respect. I feel somewhat uneasy dealing with this dealership, but wanted the vehicle any way. I don't think i'm treated as well as i am at Jack Matia Honda, plus Matia will give you a loaner car if needed and Ganley wanted the vehicle any way. Friendly employees, washed car. John is very nice. I believe the problem is fixed. Haven't driven since. Much better service than the last time i came out to get my license plates installed.
