Had an awesome experience experience. Tiffany is the best. Got a 2004 CRV in immaculate condition and put it to the test right away by towing a trailer across the country and it did great. This is the third Honda Accord I've leased from Ganley--the second from Tiffany. For the most part, the experience was good. Contact by phone was prompt and informative. Dealer was not pushy. I was greeted promptly on my arrival and the vehicle I was interested in was ready for me to look at. Questions were answered quickly. The sales process was rather slow. I had been upfront on the first phone call with what I was willing/able to pay and I was assured this would not be a problem. Initial numbers were 1.5x what I had said I was willing to pay. When asked what it would take to make the deal, I replied with the exact same numbers I had quoted on the phone. Miraculously, they were able to then meet that requirement. This process took entirely too long. The detailing on the vehicle was not stellar. As it was a used car, I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but the odor was unpleasant, I found items in a storage bin, and the glove box light was not operational. Follow-up email contact with the dealer was slightly curt and dismissive. More
