I had a problem with my leased vehicle. The service director, Gary Dalton, was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful and made addressing my issue with my leased vehicle less stressful. Tiffany Kruzer was wonderful to work with in buying a used vehicle to replace my leased vehicle. She was very attentive to what I wanted and did her best to accommodate me without trying to talk me into other vehicles. She is also very experienced and is able to work out the details of a sale quickly and accurately. The sales manager who approved my sale was also very helpful and kind, I am sorry I do not have his name at this time. Tim N who helped with financing was also fast, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second time I have worked with this dealer, and they seem to have integrity and truly want to give the customer quality service. I would like to think that Honda corporation will be as helpful in assisting in my remaining concerns regarding the vehicle I had leased. More
Have always wanted a Honda Pilot. Responded to an ad in the newspaper about a leasing a Pilot, called Tiffany (we bought an Element from her before); we came in, she honored the ad price and conditions. We were in and out with a beautiful Honda Pilot within an hour and 1/2. We Love Tiffany and LOVE our 2011 Pilot!! More
One of the worst service experience. Dropped my car for oil change and some work on a weekday morning and was told they will wash the car as well. Got the call around noon to say the car might require a oil change and some work on a weekday morning and was told they will wash the car as well. Got the call around noon to say the car might require additional work but the estimate was way too high. I politely refused and went to pick the car up arnd. 5 PM. The car was not washed. When I politely told the lady at the reception her first response it must have taken a long time to complete the work on the car. On tellng her that I was told on phone I can pick the car up by 1 PM she very rudely said she knows nothing abt. it since she doesn't wash the car herself and went on to say it is a complimentary service and it is not something they hav charged for. I was not going to fight on a mere car wash but it was the attitude that I didn't like After I drove off I discovered that they had not even reset the oil life indicator on my accord after changing the oil. This to me is just being careless! Never going there again! More
Wendy in the service dept. knows me when I come in. I always receive prompt attention which I did this time. The oil change & tire rotation took less time than quoted which is always nice. I was not satisfied because I live an hour and a half away so I called to make sure the vehicle I saw online was still available and I was told yes, I even included a stock number. When I arrived, it was away so I called to make sure the vehicle I saw online was still available and I was told yes, I even included a stock number. When I arrived, it was not the car I requested. It was close however. I had a trade in that was worth $4,000 more than I was offered as a trade in according to my research and the Toyota dealership offered me that amount although they did not have the vehicle I wanted. So now my loan is in negative equity because the salesman said they would give me more when I expressed my concern but that was false. The vehicle I purchased now does not start easily and the back tires are worn. I should have paid more attention. Then I tried to contact a sales manager but my messages have not been returned and that was 3 days ago. Will not recommend. More
First, the add in the paper was accurate. My husband and I will bring in the advertisement that caught our interest just to be sure the facts remain the same. Tiffany is always a pleasure to work with. She knows my cost limits, and tries to stay within the range whenever possible. She is not high pressure, and explains things well. For price, I just listed "good" because we just started to deal on the new 2012 model, not any of the new 2011's. I am not good at thinking really fast, and before i knew it, I was dealing on a brand new 2012. I will need to remember this the next time, because i know that other cars must be available. I do like the car so far, however. The people at Ganley are very nice and helpful. I always get good service there, and I like the Honda warranty. I like the idea of leasing because there are usually no repairs that are out of pocket during the first 36000 miles. More
