We just bought a new (demo) Odyssey and we couldn't be more pleased. James was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I responded to an ad that the Dealership ran for the last few days on a 2012 Honda Civic lease for $159. for 36 months, with no money down or due on delivery. I called Mr. Pettit to confirm the price and availability, and he assured me that the price was legit, and they had a few of the vehicles in stock. I talked to Mr. Pettit at least three times that day and was assured the price was correct. We drove to the Dealership by Great Northern from Solon, Ohio to purchase the vehicle, and after a road test was assured the payment amount was correct. After about twenty minutes, Mr. Pettit came back and told us the Sales Mgr.needed $249. and could not sell it for $159.. He claimed he did not know where his mgr. got this number, but thats what he needed. We told him we could not go that high because the car was for our son at College, and he had a limit of $180. complete! We told Mr. Pettit that and advised him to tell the Mgr. that. After anothet twenty minutes Mr. Pettit came back a said this was the best he could do. I asked Mr. Pettit why he would run a ad for a vehicle for $80. a month less that he could actually sell it for? No reason. I also asked why he would lie when I asked three times by phone is the deal was legit? He said the payment advertised was actually well below invoice. I told him I guessed that, why would they do that. I have heard about shady dealing with the Ganley Group for years, but to boldly lie to my face is amazing. Be very weary of this Organization. They are not to be trusted! More

They added extra service charges on the paperwork. When the guy explained and we signed, we both understood that we didn't want any extra. We traded our car in but they devalued it so we didn't want to take the deal. However, they held our key and never wanted to give us back. When we finally bought the car and the paper work was done, it was after their closing time so they rushed us out, and we didn't even have time to check the copies of document they gave us which were different from what they showed us to sign for our agreements. And they kept you here for long hours because they didn't want you to walk out without a car. THE WORDS THEY KEPT SAYING IS THEY ARE DOING REAL BUSINESS HERE. THEY R HONEST. Seriously? We are taking this up to the court level since their explanation wasn't straight out. They kept saying that all these services are offered for free. But they finally charged for them and not notifying us. And they didn't even give us the warranty paper. Plus, they charged for extended warranty which we didn't want. The extended warranty was offered for free on the sale paper before we agreed to buy and was posted on the car we bought. Never deal with this team...Please beware!!! More

My husband and I just purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot. Not only did they not deliver the vehicle that was originally promised to us, and after being confronted with this fact, they became hostile and rude. Also beware GANLEY dealers make you sign an AGREEMENT TO BINDING ARBITRATION, if you don't sign this document that only protects the Dealer, they won't sell the vehicle to you. They have a questionable way of doing business there, beware! More

All of the staff was very friendly. Anyone that would walk by would say "hi" and greet you with a smile. The salesperson I dealt with was Dave Runser.
