My car, a 2003 Honda Civic was ten years old, about 120,000 miles and was not in the best shape, but he worked with me and the manager to give me a much better trade in price than any other dealership I had experience with. They know the value of a honda. Mr. Nguyen was very personal, he took the time to get to know myself and my husband and why we were purchasing a car at this time. Not only will I be returning to Ganely when I need a new car, I would also recommend going to this dealership (and Mr. Nguyen) to family and friends. So after we found or SUV, he has able to get us a price way below NADA or KBB prices which made us very happy. Now for the "Above and Beyond the Call of Duty" award, Taras, called us a couple of days after we purchased our SUV and wanted to know if we are happy with our SUV and if there was anything else he could do for us! Now that's unheard of in today's world. Plus, Taras even sent us a Christmas card and wished us a Happy New Year too!
