This company is very unprofessional. A dealer by the name of Andy was quick to send me a finance application for an auto I was interested in, yet would not respond to my two emails requesting a status ( name of Andy was quick to send me a finance application for an auto I was interested in, yet would not respond to my two emails requesting a status (of the application). I am guessing I wasn't approved but a simple RESPONSE from him would have been APPROPRIATE. I guess they only care to respond to the people who are finance-approved. I will certainly eliminate this dealership when I receive my tax refund check & expect to pay CASH for a car!!!! More
