Brian Walls was good but from 12:30 to 4:35 I waited for the finance department to process a cash sale, they were short one person due to the birth of a new baby. Had two people been at work it still would the finance department to process a cash sale, they were short one person due to the birth of a new baby. Had two people been at work it still would have taken over two hours, waisted a total of over 8 hours between myself and my wife. I purchased a new truck last year, the dealership was busy but a finance person came over to the sales desk and processed my cash purchase in 15 minutes. Ganley needs a good plan "B" to handle this type of problem in the future, maybe less money advertising and more customer service. More
