I would like to compliment Wendy Fees as she never mentioned to me that I had brought my vehicle in on the wrong day (July 23 vs. July 30). I didn't realize this until I had returned home with my veh mentioned to me that I had brought my vehicle in on the wrong day (July 23 vs. July 30). I didn't realize this until I had returned home with my vehicle and received a reminder text for the appointment the following week. I am grateful for her understanding and her spirit of customer service as I could have been easily denied for that day due to my error. I cannot say enough about this experience! More
