Very poor customer service from sales man name Luke and his sales manager. I asked them i like to test drive 1 of there new vehicle which is showcase in showroom. First Luke agreed on to show him even wh his sales manager. I asked them i like to test drive 1 of there new vehicle which is showcase in showroom. First Luke agreed on to show him even when I told him I’m just there for service of my last year purchase I made at there dealership. He also took all my details with insurance company info and he told me is going to get key. After few min he refused and told me his manager is not willing to have me test drive since I’m not in market at moment to buy. Is this a right way to treat your customer who has purchased car from you last year and who was there for same car for service. They just lost my business for now on. Even I’m true believe of Honda company and his product. I purchased my first Honda civic in back 1993, then Honda accord in 1997, then 2006, 2015 & now 2023. But this dealership arrogant manager and sales person lost my business for there doors More

When I pulled up to service there were multiple employees inside but no one came out. I went in and an older lady walked right past me and didn’t say anything. No greeting. Nothing. Then about 2 minutes late inside but no one came out. I went in and an older lady walked right past me and didn’t say anything. No greeting. Nothing. Then about 2 minutes later she came back. I told her my CRV has a recall and the check engine light is on and that’s said to be one of the side effects. She still tried to charge me $200 for diagnostic testing. I held my ground and said that doesn’t sound right. She then went to some man’s office talked to him and said there’s no charge. She seems to be trying to charge people inaccurately. Not my best experience at this dealership. I believe her name is Wendy. More
