Down to business, they try to get you in and out fast, but doing so made everything feel rushed. My van wasn't ready when I picked it up and it was still dirty on the inside that the salesman took it down but doing so made everything feel rushed. My vehicle was serviced with an oil change and tire rotation in reasonable amount of time. The service representative was friendly and helpful.
